We don’t want jobsworths, or people who turn up and do the bare minimum to an acceptable standard. We don’t want people with no sense of humour. We don’t want know nothings and we don’t want know-it-alls.
What we want is people who understand that this is a business and who work hard to help it to grow. We want people who care about our clients and patients as much as we do and take just as much pride in our Google reviews – 680 with an average rating of 5 at the time of writing.
What we want most of all is people we look forward to seeing every day. To us, our team is family. We love our clients, they are important to us, but we love our team more. That’s why we always sack rubbish clients – life is too short to deal with rude people and our team comes first.
