It’s a no brainer. We’re a fabulous, one site practice that is performing unbelievably well, in part because of the hard work and ambitious personalities of our team.
We don’t want jobsworths, or people who turn up and do the bare minimum to an acceptable standard. We don’t want people with no sense of humour. We don’t want know nothings and we don’t want know-it-alls.

What we want most of all is people we look forward to seeing every day. To us, our team is family. We love our clients, they are important to us, but we love our team more. That’s why we always sack rubbish clients – life is too short to deal with rude people and our team comes first.
